Cooking Classes

Among our services, the Buca di Bacco offers the opportunity for guests to learn about our regional cooking style.
Participants no younger than 15 years old.

• When: upon request.
  Classes start at 3:45pm and last about two hours, finishing at 6:00pm with a tasting of the dishes prepared (appetizer, first course and second course).
• Where: cooking classes are held in the open kitchen of the Ristorante Buca di Bacco.
• Number of participants: minimum 2 people.

Tasting: at the end of the class, participants taste the fruits of their labour and receive a souvenir gift of the culinary experience.
Open to any food restriction if requested in advance.
